2 Years Bidet Warranty

WaterKleen offers double the normal warranty (2-years) of the industry because we are sure of the quality of our product. Should your bidet fail during the warranty period due to manufacturing defects, we will replace it free once we receive your return. Simply call our Customer service at 727-490-8633 or write to us at warranty@kleembottom.com and we will issue you an RMA (Return Authorization). You are only responsible for the shipping costs.

Returns

We accept returns on new and unused products.  If you changed your mind and do not want the bidet, contact us at Customer Service 727-490-8633 or write us at returns@kleenbottom.com within 10 days of purchase and let us know you changed your mind – a restocking fee of 15% will be assessed. New and unused means the bidet was not installed, used or altered. We comply with health standards and therefore we cannot accept a return that has been hooked up to water or used – this is public health regulations.  We do not cover the cost of the return shipment. Our bidets are warrantied against manufacturer’s defect. Signs of willful damage on a returned item will disqualify you from a refund.

Refunds

If your return complies with the no-use condition stated above, we will refund 100% of your purchase price less 15% restocking fee.
